I am purchase from shopclues on 19-Nov-2014 order no. 27224607 for Eyeglasses Frames & shopclues send me sunglass then i am mail to shopclues, so shopclues reply me Dear Customer, Thank you for shopping with ShopClues.com. Hence, we have initiated the reshipment process. We will reship a fresh product with a new order number. As soon as it will be done, you will receive an automatic email regarding the same. Apart from this, we are not arranging the reverse pickup of the delivered product. You can keep or dispose the product at your convenience as the merchant do not require the product back.
