[Resolved] ShopClues.com — nokia 1100 defective, not picked after several attempts

I received the product after a long waiting period. After that, I saw that the product was defective. Hence, I alerted them about the product and so they had promised to pick it back seven days before. Until now, they have not picked the product and are calling 100 times and updating that they will pick it up anytime and now sending sms that again I have to again send them request. Jun 18, 2019 Updated by Scorpion134 This is regarding the same complaint which I have raised above. Now they have closed the requesting stating that their courier partner has informed them that cosignee has changed the address which is not at all true and no one came to pick my order anytime during the last whole week. Above that, one female executive from ShopClues had called me stating that she is scheduling today, ie, 18th July 2019, to pick it, so how can they close the request even without picking and scheduling it today?
