[Resolved] ShopClues.com — nokia 1100 defective, not picked after several attempts | |
I received the product after a long waiting period. After that, I saw that the product was defective. Hence, I alerted them about the product and so they had promised to pick it back seven days before. Until now, they have not picked the product and are calling 100 times and updating that they will pick it up anytime and now sending sms that again I have to again send them request. Really frustrating to have brought something from them which is not at all acceptable. Was this information helpful? | |
