ShopClues.com — Non process of order, no refund of payment | |||||
On 6th Jan, 2016 I had placed on order for Optimum Nutrition 100 Whey Gold - Extreme Milk Chocolate 2 Lbs at Shopclues.com. Order Number 81112805. I paid for it online but shopclues.com did not process the order claiming it to be high risk. Assuming that money will be refunded to me, I re-ordered the same product on the same ID via cash on delivery. However, my account got debited of the amount of Rs 2848. I mailed shopclues.com the bank statement reflecting that and even attached an ID proof as demanded by them in a mail. Till date, there has been no reply from the company on this issue despite lodging an official complaint on your website, calling their customer support and repeatedly following up on mails.
