Sir, I have ordered and paid online for the following two products:- 1) Weekly General knowledge Update-2016 2) Silicone kitchen cooking Basting Brush for applying butter, oil etc. I placed the order on 02.01.2016 but yet the products have not been received to this end. but in your website, on query, it is being seen that the products are already delivered.. how is it possible that I have not got the product but it is already showing that it is delivered to my address????? therefore, you are requested to take drastic measures regarding non-receipt of my products for which I have already made my payment.. How a brand like shopclues can deceive us like this???? if your product is not ready then please send me back my money to my account..please get me back ASAP.
