ShopClues.com — not able to deliver the product

Dear sir

It feel very bad that even after various cyber crimes taking place, there are several sites which are taking booking of order and debit the amount from net banking/ debit card/ credit and then after long period of 2 weeks give response that they will not able to deliver products.This is also a crime to use the customers money for this span of time.
