Dear Team, This has reference the trailing mail below. As you can see the that I have placed an order bearing no. 49563193 on 4th May, and my product hasn't delivered yet. Despite 2 weeks delay in delivering, there is no further action from your side. This cold response cannot be expected from the esteem e-commerce company. As per your mail and the telephonic conversation with customer care executive, it was said that within 2 working days, this problem might be solved, but there is no updation regarding. I am very much disappointed with the services of shopclues.com. As I am a frequent buyer of shopclues.com, this kind of issue refrain us to do shopping further from your website.
