[Resolved]  ShopClues.com — Not delivered till now

Im Sandeep. my order number is 13829093. Online tracking shows the product has arrives the desitnation city on 26th May, but not delivered till now. now it is showing "Undelivered due to DEPS (DAMAGE / EXTRA / PILFERAGE / SHORTAGE) occur at destination city". I would like to know why it is so. when can i receive the product??
