[Resolved] ShopClues.com — not getting my refund | |||
I have ordered a phone on 8th february 2019. The product got delivered to me on 19 february. The packaging was very poor and the phone was defective. The battery doesn't go up even when i charge it overnight. So i file a return, the delivery boy came and took the product. I was told i'll get my money refunded on my bank account but i didn't got my money yet. My order id is[protected]. Kindly return it soon. And one last thing, do check the products properly before delivering it to the customers. Very bad service. Was this information helpful? | |||
