ShopClues.com — Not getting refund after receiving a damaged product | |||
I bought a kitchen utensils set from shopclues.com(order no[protected] on 27 th January, 14. They delivered it 31st January, 14. After opening the seal I found one of the utensil is in damaged condition. Then on 1st I have raised a complain (Complain number-680895). After that they started playing with me. At first they used to tell me that "they did not got any reply from merchant". Now they started telling me "wait for another 24/48 hours, you will get a positive reply". 20 days over, still now I am not getting a minimum feedback, at least when I will get my refund. Everyday I am wasting my mobile bill as well as time to call shopclues. Everyday I am getting same answer "WAIT FOR 24/48 hours" I have also sent them damaged product image as per their demand. PLEASE ASSIST ME CONSUMER COURT AND HELP ME OUT AGAINST THIS HARRASMENT BY SHOPCLUES.COM Was this information helpful? | |||
