This is to inform that i regularly purchase products through online sites at regular interval from various sites especially from you i have been facing many problems. Ordering a particular product which i received in a damaged condition also returned the same at given time period with required details but today it's showing that the request is cancelled. For your kind information i have never received a call from your executive for pick up of damaged product then how come you can cancel the same with out my permission. What am i suppose to do with this damaged thing their are many other sites like amazone and all very precise with their responsibilities pick means pakka pick up if any issue they'll arrange another pick up but you guys are like it's customers responsibility that it's customer who has ordered from the site so he is responsible for the damage that occurs through transit. For your kind information it's your responsibility that the customer receives the product in the condition that he has ordered and if damaged in transit it's your responsibility to exchange it or refund the same to customer. This is like every thing is happening automatically return order getting cancelled customer is unaware about te process now what to do. Means ordering from shop clues is like a luck game if you receive the product in actual condition you are lucky if not sorry customer better luck next time this time you lossed your money.
