[Resolved]  ShopClues.com — Not providing complete product

I purchased a Maharaja Whiteline Slim+ cooler from Shopclues.com but they didn't provided complete product. The wheels with castor were not given to me. The overall email communication so far is attached. Kindly help me get my product for the merchant at shopclues.com including compensation for harassment of consumer. They refunded money for the wheels with castor which I got fitted in my cooler from the Maharaja Whiteline company. The amount of Rs. 750/- was refunded in my account.
