ShopClues.com — Not Providing the product after payment

I placed an order on 8th of march worth Rs 600 have paid the amount and received order no 13619765 they sent me a msg that your product has been dispatch bt till now i did nt received any thing neither they are bother to reply to any of my emails.. I request you all to refrain your self to order anything from this site and pl let me know if i can have my money back..
