ShopClues.com — Not received my product yet | |||
HI, I have purchaged a product on dated 17th Dec 2014 with the order no. 30283563, and the estimated delivery was between 24th to 26th Dec. But still I have not received my product not also able to track the shipping. The tracking number which has given by shopclues is showing wrong in courier site and the same thing is happened from last 10 days. I have given complaint's lots of time and they just giving same excuses that they are sorry for the inconvenience and the are try to get the solution from courier partner. But Still I have not get the solutions niether get the correct tracking number. I think they just making fool of people. Plz give me the proper solution and resolve my prob ASAP. This same answer I am getting every time from shop clues customer care but where is the solution. Still the tracking code is not corrected. What is going on. Your shop clues is fake and stealing money by doing this type of fake sale and fake things showing on website.
