Hie, i had ordered a samsung galaxy s duos GT 57562 on 3rd of november 2014 . The money was deducted from my Account bt i didnt receive my order in the given time . 4159/- where deducted from my debit card and 2540/- were deducted from cluebucks as i had purchased a samsung t.v earlier.as per your rule of cancelling the order if the product is not deliverd in specefic time the Order was cancelled in bluedart. i got a message of refund in few days after cancellation. But the refund hasnt been transfered to my account yet. My total amount of 6, 700 has been stuck in this transction . Please do the needful ..soon as possible. Thankyou
