Sir, My name is Kuldeep Singh and I am from New Delhi, on 4th of August I booked some products, these items are, RUDRAKSHA 2 Mukhi : 1 Bead RUDRAKSHA 6 Mukhi : 2 Bead RUDRAKSHA 7 Mukhi : 1 Bead Every one known that Rudraksha is a common aid to worship in Hinduism and very important and mystical bead of Hindu Mythology & Meditation & Rishi Cult, so that every person who want to use these beads they always wants purchase Original and Pure. On 4th of August, I Online order these four products of Shopeclues.com under Cash on Delivery option, order no. 64208049. They (Shopeclues team) split my order separately in two parts first is order no. 64208051 for 2 mukhi and second one is order no. 64208053 for 6 & 7 mukhi. On 9th August afternoon we got my 6 mukhi & 7 mukhi beads and I pay total due amount 1340 INR, But when I open the seal packed box I surprise 7 mukhi rudraksha not sealed & X-ray report also missing in package and Origin is not mention on any Lab-certificate, whereas ‘shopclues’ mention and commit they sell these products with X-Ray report which is actual proof of originality of these Rudraksha’s. Shopclues sell these products as a title ‘Bajya 6 MUKHI RUDRAKSHA / SIX FACE RUDRAKSH LAB CERTIFIED NEPAL BEAD WITH X RAY REPORT’ and ‘Bajya 7 MUKHI RUDRAKSHA / SEVEN FACE RUDRAKSH NEPAL BEAD LAB CERTIFIED BEST QUALITY’ If Origin (Nepal) not mention on Lab-certificates then how we trust these Bead are actually from Nepal and how they can sell it, saying Nepali Bead. X-Ray report also missing, which is a sure evidence of originality. On 10th August I registered a online complain for Return and also contact customer care, He convinced me that he proceed my request and doing something. But unfortunately nothing will happen. On 11th of August evening I shocked when I see the merchant’s rejected my return request I saw this in my shopeclues account, I call again customer care cell and request him if X-ray reports are left out by mistake please send me separately or you replace the beads or if it cannot be possible, then please return my money so that I purchases from other place, they again just write my compliant and say wait for 48 hours. Now this day is Sunday dated 16th August but shopeclues not take any action on my compliant. I request you please take right and strict action against this type companies so he could not do this to someone else. All important images & screen captures I attach with this compliant.
