I had ordered one vegetable cutter from your shopclues.com (Order id[protected] on 17th December and I didn't get any response from your side till 28th December. On 28th December I got a call from your side that item is not in stock, we will provide you alternative or refund, I told your customer support guy that i don't want refund. Please provide me same item or alternate item. After couple of days I had called customer support team and ask for the order updates, they told me we will refund and then they had not provide me any alternate item also. I had asked them that same type of product available on your site but they told me that merchant are different than we can't provide you alternative. Then they had started refund process.
