I had placed an order for Minions Merry Christmas Ceramic Mug Qty was 2 but i had received only 1 mug instead of 2 though on the box it was mentioned that the qty was 2. when i actually opened it the qty was only 1. I called up on the number - [protected] which was provided on the box & the person who answered the call agreed that the box had only 1 qty in it & the 2nd would be delivered by Monday i.e 28th December. But i am yet to receive the pending qty. Since i did not receive the same till today i had called up the customer. For which the customer care blatantly denied helping saying that thats none of heir fault. i should have escalated the complaint on that very day. I should i raise a query if i was promised over the phone that i would be receiving the pending qty soon. Is Shopclues running a nexus with the Courier companies to cheat customers? Pathetic experience buying from you'll. i have been an avid online buyer. i would definitely discourage people from buying from your site. Was this information helpful? | |||||
