This is regarding order#[protected]fitfly home gym set) that i ordered on 20th jun 2016. i got a call on 30th jun from the customer care saying that the order will be slight delayed by 2-3 days and i will get it by 4th jul 2016. then i didn't hear anything from them till 6th jul 2016. i called them on 6th jul and after couple of calls, they asked me to wait for couple of days and assured me that i will get the order by then. today (7th jul 2016) they called me and informed that the order has been returned and refund has been initiated. when i asked them the reason, they didn't specify any reason.
On 7th jul 2016, just spoke to shopclues customer care and they informed me that they are re-ordering the product and the same will be delivered to me by next 5-6 days. new order no is 94790941. lets wait for sometime and see when the order will be delivered.
But on today, 12th jul 2016, i got an sms today informing that the the order has been returned by the courier and the refund is being initiated.
Everytime shopclues updates the wrong tracking number[protected] in this case) and when i checked with safexpress.com, there is no consignment with this tracking number. since 20th jun, when i placed the first order, they made me fool by conveying wrong informations.
Now tell me one thing : i prepaid rs.7877/- through my credit card and spent another rs. 400/- to convert that amount to 6 emis and then at the top of that, paying 2% interest for every month's emi. who will bear that cost? because of shop clues's fraud, i will have to pay 2% emi and processing fees to my credit card company for a product which i never received!
