Hi, I had ordered lee cooper loafers and had done a payment of Rs.1215 from my credit card, Order ID :[protected] The product received by me was not the original one and was the copy product, even the tag attached to the product was fake/ingenuine hence I put return request. Now the product is picked up and I can see that the amount Rs.1215 credited as cluesbucks in my shopclues account. I have sent many messages in the shoclues app against the order to credit back the refund to original payment mode i.e .on credit card but still i received it as clues bucks.
