As per the Order Id: 21019743 I have ordered the product on[protected], but yet the process is very slow from shopclues. Still Since three days the status of the order is showing that "Processing - Procurement Delay from Merchant" as Status from shopclues. This is really very poor service from shopclues. Since last 5 orders with shopclues this week, each and every time the status changes to 'Processing - Procurement Delay from Merchant' after two days of the order confirmation, which after takes five days to dispatch. So please I request you to dispatch the order as soon as possible.
