Order no. 67050604. its the cheers smart turbo mobile phone the defective product has been sent 3 month only went now mobile was nit working i have all original invoice bill. i were called and message 1 week before till now no any action taken my complain very poor and waste. please quickly refund my money and get back your product. please any one help me i am so tired on this. if no any way i need to claim on puducherry consumer court

Updated by nithiamanivasan mk ORDER NO: 67050604 ...no any courier person or courier contact me to pick my product till now. but the message camed that the courier person camed to pick my product to my home but i were not at that time. it is the faulty statement by your courier partner. how can you make the customer cheat i will raise a complain to all social media and consumer court complain. still 2 weeks gone no any one camed to pick my product and also refund to it how long i can wait i also several time contact by phone and email and message to soupclues customer care no proper response taken. irritating me and wasting both my time and balance.

order no: 67050604... still not my refund initiated to my account. thats your team call me today(1.2.2016) morning around 10.30am their today today the merchant will inform us what the resoultion has being taken but still now no any solution given to me in mail or phone. i need my refund today itself. please dont irritate me by asking my money please refund me.
