I received a package from Xpress Courier which was supposed to have the product which I had ordered from Shopclues.com. After payment, I opened the package and found some other product which I had not ordered. This dealer/sender for this product is IGIFTDEALS, Delhi. It appears that such sellers deliberately send their defective, torn or different products. Such sellers must be blacklisted and Shopclues must ensure that the product ordered is one which the buyer receives. Feeling disgusted. Thumbsdown to Shopclues.com.
