ShopClues.com — order number[protected] not delivered yet courier service says it's delivered. | |||||
Support ticket opened [#4271877]is opened for my order on 19th novemebr 2017. The courier guy had called me for delivery the same day. Since i was not available i asked him to deliver it next day. But to my surprise the product shows to be delivered on website and now the shopclues team is saying that courier agency has given them signed delivery document for receipt of delivery. When i was not at home to take delivery, how can i sign it? Need to respond and deliver the order asap. Was this information helpful? | |||||
