ShopClues.com — Order Shipment Delay for over 10 days | |||
This is regarding my order # 42840353. From the day I booked the item (Air conditioner) it is showing that it is in processing and there is procurement delay from the merchant. Till today it has been 10 days shwoing this status. It is constantly showing IN STOCK on the shopclues website with the same merchant. It looks like shopclues is letting customers book the item and keeping their money with them although the product is not available with the merchant. Contacting the customer care I always get to hear that they do not have much information other than what is displayed in the status of the order. Was this information helpful? | |||
