ShopClues.com — Order showing delivered but not recd by me.

I ordered a product #60178917 from website shopclues.com on 8th july. I got a mail on 19th july that the product has been succesfully delivered but there was no delivery made to my address.I have already made the payment online for Rs.698 through credit card.I daily call on their customer care no.and they raise a new ticket and ask for another 48 hrs patience. Its been 17 days from 8th and I have not recd the product yet. kindly help.
