I have placed one order to ShopClues.com ( 6th feb -2015 ) and after 10 days they are unable to deliver the item not cancel my order for refund, , and the irresponsible customer care they do not know how to cancel or respond to my Orders[protected], , every time i called they need 48hrs to solve, , but end of the day you will get nothing, , , i have raised 3 tickets but no respond yet.. (( Ticket number 2132637, ticket number 2114464, ticket number[protected] This is the biggest mistake i have chosen this FAKE ONLINE SHOPPING SITE for one small deal ... Requested to ShopClues.com please refund my money back with in 48 hrs, , its being more than 10 days over i have not received anything .. PLEASE LEARN FROM OTHERS ONLINE SHOPPING SITE HOW TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMER .. DO NOT GIVE FAKE ITEMS AND COMMITMENTS TO THE CUSTOMERS >>
