Tablet p1000 educational tablet toy gift as per my order id[protected], for which money had already been paid by debit card, delivered yesterday (30/9/2017) is not working even after putting new batteries. It gives initial sound after that no sound even after pressing. I cannot gift an item which does not work. I had the idea that shopclues will send right and correct ordered items as per selection. This is very important for electronic items for kids. Kindly send me replacement to the same address. I shall return the old one while delivering new one., Was this information helpful? | |||

Its shameful that a company like shopclues delivered me a wrong and damaged product against order no.[protected]. I used return option but they sent me a email that the product will be lifted from my address, but they did not. today they sent me another email quoting that my refund request is closed. I want justice.
