I ordered Dell Laptop (Order Id:[protected] on 26 May 2015, 12:33 PM & received the Product on 4th June, When I checked the warranty on dell website, i was showing that the warranty started from December 2014, which is 6 month old. So i requested return Request, Now they they have taken back the Laptop, which received on 29 June, But that day they have same status in there website. Saying that "Customer received, Out of Warranty RMA approved for pick up and replacement or refund after merchant confirmation as per BD". I have sent multiple complaints & made may call, but there is no meaning full reply I get from Customer Support team. if its call they say that we are raising this issue as high priority & get back to you in 48 hr. And if its mail then every time they forward same message "Kindly allow us 5-7 business days for further process.". Most of the time I am not able to submit complain through there website.
Its almost 1 & half month over & I haven't got any solution.
