Dear Sir,
On 17.02.2015 I was trying to order AdyBird Lace Up Brown Men's Shoes, 2 pcs . I placed the order and paid the money but was shocked because the order was not confirmed by the site . Then I immediately checked bank
transaction and it says transaction was successful.
During transaction, the amount (698.00) got deducted from my account but it did not book.paid RS 698.00 through Net Banking from icici bank.
Transaction : BIL/[protected]/BPC - Bill Desk/SHOPCLU
Amount (INR) : 698.00
Transaction Date :17/02/2015
i want my money refund back.
Please help me in this Regards.
