ShopClues.com — Payment Not realing from last one year

I am seller on shopclues MID:745449.

they were not making payments on time so i stopped working at shopclues. but they are not releasing my balance payment from last one year. they put all my payments on hold.

their customer care is not responding over ticket not attending our calls. please help us in this regard.
