Hello Sir i have place a order on shopclues on oct 1, 2018, i have give them pament by netbanking. So they sent me it will delived to you on 15th oct, so long time delivery, thats why i have cancel the order on 2 oct. So they take my refund process on 2 oct, they sent me text with in 48hours it will show on your bank account, but 48 hours almost passed, its not showing in my bank account.
