ShopClues.com — Poor courier service and low quality products | |||||
Please dont buy any products from shopclues, they will make you wait for 15+ days and atlast the courier company - shree maruthi will tell you they are not able to deliver the product and sent back to the origin. Kindly stay away from shopclues, they wll artifically increase the price and say offer and also most of their products are of low quality, it is not as described in the website PATHETIC, RIDICULOUS & HORROR SERVICE FROM SHOPCLUES. and i was order Boxmywish Diwali Assorted Color Plastic Pipe 13 mts (QTY:1) on dt.14.10.2015 and order no.71459023.
21.10.2015 i was received courier but when i opened those courier than found that light damaged and burnt.
then what quality check by shopclues merchant?
so i want to return this light on urgent basis.but there no pick up call and accept
and also refund my amount which i provide on cash on delievery of Rs.477/-.
but till date i am not receive response from company side.
In future i will not order on shopclues.com and not refering this website to another person if my problem not solve.
pls help and revert
