Hi,
I have ordered Wellon water purifier on 11 Jul 2015 and the
order number : 60493307.

The product took more than a week to deliver, the outer pack was good and had to take delivery. Once I open I see, the purifier body is cracked and all the parts inside are mispositioned and not in working condition. This is all happened because the packing was very poor. They just put one box and a brown paper wrapped over it to look good. No stuffing to keep the product safe.
I have raised a request for return, next day I get a email for them that they don't need the product and can be disposed the refund will happen to me. But I was waiting for them to come and pick the product.
After a day they send email that they will pick up the product, but they never came.
After a day they are saying I need to send the product, which I am not agreeing. I need the refund then I will send the product back. Or you come and pick and give a conformation receipt.
They are not responding to my emails. the product worth of 6300 and just lying down. They have decided to cheat me.
the website still says they will come and pick up, but when I phone them they say send it to there address. They are not ready to send email about this.
I want to fight for my money, Please help me. I don't want others to be cheated like this.
