ShopClues.com — product defective piece

I ordered anna andre, paris treasure perfume deodorant gift set from the shopclues website. I received the parcel on 7th august, 2017. However when i opened the box, the perfume bottle was broken as it was made of glass. So i would request for a refund as the product delivered was a defective piece.
Kindly acknowledge and try to resolve the issue.

I Verify And He Also Says I Have Been Selected For It..
He Calls To Me And Says Give A Account Number...
To Transfer Money..
