I ordered a home gym from shopclues on 29 nov 2014 with order number, 28033495. As per them they have dispatched the product via safexpress on 3rd Dec 2014 and provided me with a tracking number 41102439.
However when I am trying to track this number it is an invalid number and customer support people have no clue where the product is. Always they say that they are trying to communicate from courier service. But its been 4 days after expected delivery date and they don't have any answer. Still I am not able to track my order. Even they are disconnecting my calls everytime. When I asked to refund my money, they are saying its not possible. This is such a humiliation. Was this information helpful? |
