[Resolved] ShopClues.com — Product is NOT received | |||
HI, I have purchased the product on dated 23rd Oct 2014 with the order no. 24379233, and the estimated delivery was between 31st Oct to 01st Nov. But still I have not received my product not also able to track the shipping. The tracking number which has given by shopclues is showing wrong in courier site and the same thing is happened from last 10 days. I have given complaint's lots of time and they just giving same excuses that they are sorry for the inconvenience and the are try to get the solution from courier partner. But Still I have not get the solutions and they hanged the status as "Returning order to Origin" and it is same status from very long duration. I think they just making fool of people.
