Shopclues has not delivered me my product no.[protected]Sogo Hand Mixer SS-14260 (QTY:1)) . They have taken my money in advance (one month advance money taken). & now without asking or informing me they have cancelled my product.. & customer service is not at all supportive, when asking why my product is not delivered after a month then the lady (customer support executive rudely disconnect the line) & tells me it will BE put on mail to you.
IT REALLY GIVES A VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY BAD IMPRESSION OF SHOPCLUES BY YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE, YOU CAN ALSO CHECK IN THE PHONE RECORDING OF SHOP CLUES.
ALREADY TWO PRODUCT FROM SHOPCLUES IS DELIVERED AT MY HOUSE & FOR THIS THIRD PRODUCT THEY ARE TELLING ME THAT MY AREA IS NOT SERVICEABLE ... HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE????????
PLEASE HELP... !!!
