I purchased Geyser from Shopclues on 6th Oct 2015 online Order no. 70393453. Received mail communication that it is delivered to me, but unfortunately it is not delivered to my address, else it is delivered to Azamgarh which is far away from my city Varanasi.I have raised a complaint through customer care (complain no. 4728880) on 24.10.2015, but it is yet not suitably resolved.

Updated by asifinon In reference with Complaint ID: 1171652, till date i have not received any correct communication from shop clues. May I get any active co-operation/attention from your end for getting my product or my money back?
