Still I dont get any solution. What about my complaint sir?

Dear Sir/madam, I have 3 ordered of "Transparent Bra Straps - (Pack of 2 pairs)" Code: 1677020 and i paid online, but still I have not get it. I told again and again shopclues.com customer care by call and e-mail, but they have not get any solution. My Payment method is Visa debit card/online paid. I have given 3 ordered of same product/item as follow:

(-)Order Discount : Rs.97
Price after Discount : Rs.23
Shipping Cost : Rs.19
Total : Rs.42
I have given 42x 3 = Rs. 126 for three same items, but not get any one.
I have separately paid online of Rs. 42/- for above mentioned three same times, so totally Rs. 126/- has been debited from my debit card, but still i have not receive the product. The status of order is showed that "This order is shipped via Overnite Express. The tracking number for this shipment is [protected]. To track this package goto http://www.overnitenet.com/ and enter the tracking number shown above".
But its so late i not get it. Please, give me a reasonable solution as soon as possible.
