I have purchased an DP/SLT 2 in 1 - 12 LED Rechargeable Emergency Light + 3 LED Bright Torch, and paid an amount of Rs.113/- order no: 24093971, on 20th Oct, 2014 through ShopClues.com. But today is 7th November, 2014. But still not receive my product. plz. confirm & sent my order quickly...

Updated by Ashraf mohd i have not yet received my product with order no 24093971, i paid amount through net banking, but 30day gone i still should not get my product so please do check it and deliver it as soon as possible. my contact number 91-[protected]

Updated by Ashraf mohd I have called the customer care 4 times, but they are not taking any action against the refund of my product and not refunding money. so kindly please take an action order no: 24093971
