I have purchased online a product from shopclues my order id is[protected] which should be delivered in my lucknow address but they have shipped it for siddharth nagar through blue dart courier company. I have ordered this product on[protected] but till date it's shipment awb# [protected]for lucknow is held in siddharth nagar. I have mentioned full address of my residence but by mistake i couldn't enter correct pin code. So both companies (Shopclues and blue dart courier) are not responsible whereas i have mentioned full and correct address of my lucknow residence.
