On 18th march i have received a product : v max remote control helicopter for kids hx708 from shop clues and after opening the package it was found out that the product was damaged.Order number of the product is 88090750 so a compaint has been registered to return the product with the image uploaded on their website and return order number was generated-2714297 and it is almost 1 month and they have not yet refund back my money and number od mails has been sent to customer support but all is in vain .All the letters are provided below for reference.
