I order one product from ShopClues.com on 10 March 2021 whose payment is fully done through online mode. On 14 March, I received a message from the website that my product has been delivered to me, while no one in my house or neighbor doesn't receive that product. On Contacting ShopClues they provide me with product receiving details with the sign which was attached below: The delivery person doesn't call me before handing over my product to anyone. The delivery person doesn't ask the name of the receiver. The receiver doesn't sign on receiving a note, just look at it. Was this information helpful? | |||
