I have order 3 numbers of Tummy Trimmer, this parcel received on 01.04.2017, I open this parcel two numbers of tummy trimmer only pack. 1 number tummy trimmer shortage, which side problem packing section or courier theft i dont know .

today morning complaint to customer care he is collect my number only till now no call from shopclus.com customer care

please take action immediately and solve my problems

Return product has been picked up from me 12day ago but still not refund executive and Shopclues team is telling somebody two days take somebody telling 4 days and and somebody telling two working days but I am not understanding work of Shopclues. I am thinking Shopclues is cheating me now i am requesting any thing I will now consumer court.
