[Resolved] ShopClues.com — Received a defective product | |||
On 4th Feb, 2015 I ordered a FUSION X5 WRIST watch. I received that product on 12th Feb, 2015. But the watch is defective. Paint of the watch at some portion is scratched and it looks as an used product. I have also informed shopclues.com regarding the same but till now no action is taken by them. They refunded me the amount in the form of ShopClue bucks and I was also asked to keep the item.
