Recently I ordered a maxima women's watch which i received too but the clasp was too tight so i asked for a replacement and then i got the replacement parcel but this time it was an empty box, the watch was missing, I immediately informed about the matter but didn't got any response from their end. Then I called out to their customer care, which is hard to get the line and they asked me to email the photograph of the parcel, i did accordingly. It's been three days and till date haven't got any response from them. I am so done with calling and emailing them. I provided them everything they asked for. They are not refunding me. Worst service ever.

Updated by narmada easwaran I have been calling to them and their executives are replying they don't have any updates, my case is still unhandled. It seems that they are searching a way out to not refund me and dodging my request. It's highly disappointing.
