ShopClues.com — Received damaged products | |||||
I have purchased four products from Shopclues to save few hundred rupees after comparing against other website prices ( Order date : 26 Sep 2015). After the purchase, I waited for more than a week to receive my products. The real surprise was after unpacking the parcels, two out of four products were damaged. One product was an Electric Grill (Order Id :[protected] and another one was Frontech UPS (Order Id :[protected].The Electric Grill is usable, even though the tray is damaged, but the UPS is unusable because the plugging part was inside the case. When I contacted their customer support (Return ID : 2111320 ), they replied that I have raised the return request after 2 days of delivery so I won't be eligible for refund. Due to my busy schedule, I could open the parcels only after two days after delivery. I was thinking, they will have atleast 10 days return guarantee when other websites are offering upto 30 days. But they said because it is a damaged product, I have to report them within 2 days. Whose mistake is it to deliver damaged product? They don't even respond to my further queries regarding this issue.
