Hi, I bought a watch from shopclues, I received it in not working condition and the case of the watch broken completely.I received this product in worst packing.They didn`t event pack the product in air bags.They sent watch directly withou t having proper packing.I made a lot of calls to the customer care for refund of my money, but every time they are saying with in 2 or 3 days we will solve ur problem, but no use.I understand that there is no use of contacting them for the refund.Those don`t know how to speak with the customers.I don`t have the words to scold them.
