I ordered a phone from shopclues, received on 21st Feb 2017. When I turned it on, it already had call logs, means it was already used phone. Since then I am contacting them, talked to several people even the Manager promised me call back but never did. I am waiting the phone to be taken bck and refund me the amount.
I have sent the images already. I went 150 kms to ahmedabad to service centre to show the phone, even they are not helping.
It is not their concern since the phone is not faulty they cannot help me.

Imtiaz after speaking with me 20 mins he disconnected the phone stating there was network issue, Sanju is a supervisor promised me and did nothing.
