mobile is not indicating sim 2 even after inserting sim properly in sim 2 slot,
i think this mobile got damaged durig shipping,
this is my humble request to you to arrange immediate return pick up and provide me replacement as soon as possibly otherwise i need to contact consumer forum because i did not paid for a faulty phone, , ,
i also called seller but seller's number is not contactable...

SINCE THE ORDER IS MORE THAN A MONTH OLD, AND PAYMENT IS MADE THROUGH CREDIT CARD, I WANT EITHE YOU REDESPATCH ORDER ONLY BY BLUE DART (as DTDC branch in Kasana area has tendency to steal items), or refund the money immediately without delay.
